The Bambach saddle seat relieves and prevents back pain as it naturally promotes good posture. Whilst sitting on the Bambach saddle seat our body is in the same position as when standing so that 'sitting down' pain is avoided in the first place. The Bambach promotes good blood circulation because it is difficult to cross your legs so blood and lymph circulation to the legs is assured.

The Bambach saddle seat reduces the chance of getting hip problems in old age because the top of the femur (the thigh bone) rotates into its hip joint so that it is in much closer contact with the hip socket than in normal life.
